Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of triotechagency.com and to the general way TrioTech Agency ("we", "us") works with clients. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are set out in the quotation or agreement for that project. If anything in a signed quotation or agreement differs from these terms, the quotation or agreement applies.

Using this website

The information on this website is for general guidance about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not form an offer or a contract. Blog articles share general advice and are not a substitute for advice on your specific business.

Quotations and scope

Before work begins, we provide a quotation that describes the scope of work and the price. Work outside the agreed scope, such as additional pages, revisions beyond those agreed, or new deliverables, is quoted separately before we start it.

Approvals

Designs, content and campaigns go live only after you approve them. You are responsible for checking that approved material is accurate, including prices, product details and contact information.

Invoices and payment

We send itemised invoices by service, quantity and amount. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date by bank transfer, with the invoice number as the payment reference.

Advertising budgets

Where we manage paid advertising, the advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from our service fee unless the quotation says otherwise.

Results

Marketing, SEO and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, offer and budget. We set goals with you and work to achieve them, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales or other outcomes.

Your accounts, content and ownership

Your domain, website, online store and social media accounts belong to your business. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images, text and other materials you provide to us. Once a project has been paid for in full, the final deliverables created for you under that project are yours to use for your business.

Our work in our portfolio

Unless you ask us not to, we may show your brand name, logo and the work we created for you in our portfolio and on our social media. We never share confidential information or figures without your permission.

Third-party platforms

Our work often uses third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta and Google. Their own terms, fees and policies apply, and they may change their features or rules at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
